1. Prepare Your Parcel

  • Securely pack your item(s) in their original packaging.

  • Clearly write your Order Number on the outside of the box.

2. Select an Eligible Carrier

  • Because our facility operates via a secure post office box, ensure your chosen carrier delivers to P.O. Boxes.

  • For U.S. clients, we recommend using USPS or DHL.

  • We strongly advise choosing a tracked, signature-required service. In the rare event a parcel is lost in transit, proof of delivery and a digital copy of the delivery signature are required to verify receipt.
