RETURN POLICY

You are entitled to an exchange or refund for regular price merchandise within 10 days of receiving the item(s).  

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Due to the intimate nature and materials used our Artisan Furs & Hair Pins are considered FINAL SALE.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns. No exceptions.

Please note that the product must be returned unused, unworn, unscratched soles (shoes), in the original packaging & including all tags, tissue & box. Requests for returns (refunds or exchanges) after 7 days from confirmation of your order being shipped will not be considered. In case of exchange or refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.

This includes all packaging, accessories, authenticity cards, and dust bags.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way, in this instance, you may choose to have the item(s) sent back to you at your own expense.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

You must return your items to the address below within 7 days from the day you receive your package.
Please write your order # on the outside of the package and mark the package RETURN OF CANADIAN GOODS. 
You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

REFUNDS, PROCESSING & ADDITIONAL INFO

Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 to 5 business days after we receive your return.

IAMJENNIFERLE recommends sending return parcels with tracking as we are not liable if your return is not received at our PO Box address. If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery at our PO Box address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, IAMJENNIFERLE will not be held accountable for any losses.
